Meet the Team
One of six brothers, Christian has worked at restaurants all his life, even while studying at George Mason University. He decided to take on the family business upon graduation as a learning opportunity.

Before returning to his hometown of Vero Beach, Pat worked at one of the top restaurants in Denver, Colorado, and spent 10 months traveling in Europe, studying cuisine and culinary techniques in nine countries.
*Once cooked dinner for Joe Cocker. He felt ‘alright’.
Before she worked in restaurants, Diana was a teacher, banker, and supermom. She learned how to juggle many responsibilities at once by raising six boys. If you have a problem, she’ll fix it.
*Used to run marathons. Still gets up for the gym at 5am.
