Join us for a splendid evening of food, wine, and impeccable service. Relax and enjoy five courses of food paired with select wines prepared by one of Vero Beach’s top chefs, Chef Chet Perrotti & our Wine Specialist, Dorothy Harp.

1st Course

Oysters Rockefeller

Blue pointe oysters stuffed with a fennel creamed spinach topped with a parmesan panko bread crumb

2nd Course

Roasted Beet salad

Roasted Red & Gold Beets served over local baby arugula with goat cheese, baby heirloom tomatoes, toasted almonds, sliced pears & shaved fennel served with an aged white balsamic vinegar dressing

Chelsea’s Bruschetta

Fresh ricotta cheese with Prosciutto Di Parma, sliced peaches with a drizzle of honey served over a toasted crostini

3rd Course

Pan Blackened Day boat Scallops

Blackened sea scallops seared & served over homemade fettuccine with a pesto cream sauce with pan seared tear drop tomatoes

4th Course

Truffle Short Rib

Slow roasted boneless short rib with a truffle demi served over roasted garlic mashed potatoes with sautéed royal trumpet mushrooms 4th Course Pork Shank Osso buco Slow roasted pork shank served over three cheese stone ground grits with roasted asparagus topped with a Napa cabernet veggie demi
