Meats: Proscuitto di Parma, capicola, felino salami, bressola, diluso, coppa, abruzze


Cheeses: Aged cheddar, Manchego, Imported provolone, Imported Asiago, Smoked Gouda, Regiano Parmasean, Gruyere, Assorted varieties of Monttrachet Goat Cheeses.


Garnishs: Assorted olives, pickled eggplant, nuts, fruit, crostini, roasted peppers, marinated artichoke hearts, proscuito & provolone stuffed peppers, roasted garlic cloves.
